ANIMAL CELL  It is eukaryotic cell and it has a nucleus. I s found in animals and people.  PARTS AND FUNCTIONS Nucleus: contains DNA and directs tha activities of the cell. Nucleolus: where ribosomes are made. Cytoplasm:   The cytosol is a thick, gel-like fluid that fills the space inside of a cell, and in which the  organelles are suspended. Vacuole:  contains gas, oxygen or carbon dioxide, or fluid such as the water found inside cells. Lysosome: break down macromolecules into their components for further use by the cell. Mitochondria: is where oxygen and glucose are converted in adenosine triphosphate (ATP). Endoplasmatic reticulum: transport and modificate the molecules. (name of channel, cisternae).
